Teaching children to be active, confident and independent in a safe environment is so important. Exercise is good for the mind and soul, and Ludington is fortunate to be the home of Flipstar Gymnastics, where fitness is fun! Now located on US-10 across from Family Dollar, Flipstar offers recreational gymnastics for toddlers through upper teens, plus leveled competitive gymnastics. From beginners to advanced...everyone will feel comfortable at Flipstar, and kids will eagerly look forward to the next class!

CO-ED RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Start your little one with Mommy & Me, which uses circuit training and music to keep your child motivated and moving. It teaches them to follow directions, wait their turn, and develops motor skills. Tumble Tots is for children ages 3-4 and further develops gross motor skills, balance, body awareness and fosters social growth. When your child is ready, we move them into Tumble Weeds, which is typically ages 5 and up. In recreational gymnastics, children are grouped by age, and all classes work on all four gymnastic events (vault, beam, bars, floor).

LEVEL GYMNASTICS
If your child is a more serious gymnast who shows competitive potential and meets very specific skill requirements, our Head Coach may invite her/him to become part of our competitive pre-team or team. Our pre-team and team travel to fun-meets and competitions across the state.

OTHER CLASSES
We also offer Tumbling Only, usually for kids who want to work out, but not touch each apparatus. Cheer groups use this class to refine their tumbling abilities and learn new skills safely and properly. Holding a Birthday Party in the gym is also a fun way to celebrate your special day! Open Gym is also offered occasionally, and is a less-structured way to enjoy having fun in the gym!

LOCATION & HOURS
We are newly situated at 5909 W. US-10, across from Family Dollar, sharing front offices with Lakeshore Whole Health. Classes are held year-round, with summer schedules slightly modified.
